There are a number of different factors that go into determining the price for your special event:

Event timings

I charge a basic fee of £350 for an evening's entertainment, assuming a four hour disco (7-11pm or 8pm-12am). I charge £50 per hour if you need  me to do any more than this and £75 per hour for any time after midnight. I don't charge for the time it takes me to set my equipment up and take it down.

Size of venue

If the size of your venue requires me to hire additional equipment, then that cost will be factored into the price I charge. This is quite a rare occurrence as my pa system is usually large enough to handle most events!

Loading details

For most discos, I set up immediately prior to my performance. If you need me to set up earlier in the day (maybe before a wedding breakfast) then there may be a small additional charge dependent on how far away the venue is from my home.

Distance to travel

These prices apply to anywhere within 30 miles of Burgess Hill. Any distance further than this will be charged at £2 per mile over 30 miles.
